Social events
Welcome drinks (complimentary) on Tuesday 29 September at the conclusion of the conference program for Day 1 will be held on The Terrace of the Sir Llew Edwards Building (Building #14).
A conference dinner (cost $75 per person) in the form of a Barbecue will be held on the evening of Wednesday 30 September, commencing at 6:30 pm with canapes on the M-Deck of the Marriott Hotel in Queen St., Brisbane. This will be followed by the BBQ proper at 7:00 pm ( Vegetarian option will be available if required). The registration cost also includes some drinks and dessert. Because of the restricted size of the M - Deck, the number of participants will need to be capped at 50. Guaranteed attendance by early registration for this event is advised.
